Experience Healing Through Fasciatherapy Method
Through fasciatherapy, I use gentle but precise methods to help your body ease pain and restore balance.
Restore balance and deepen body awareness.
Find relief from chronic pain and tension.
Reconnect with your body and emotions.
Slow down and reconnect
In a world that often demands speed, resilience, and constant output, Fasciatherapy offers a space to slow down and reconnect with your inner rhythm. This method speaks to those who feel the weight of chronic stress, emotional overload, or unexplained physical pain—and who long for a more integrated, embodied way of being. It’s for the ones who know that healing is not just about fixing symptoms, but about listening deeply to the body’s wisdom.
Fasciatherapy has cured me from my backpain. It also transformed my approach to stress and pain management. The gentle touch and reflective dialogue truly made a difference in my life.

How it works
Fasciatherapy focuses on the body’s connective tissues and how they store tension. In my sessions, I use my hands to detect areas of restriction, following the threads of tension to their underlying sources of pain or dysfunction, and helping the body reorganize naturally. The approach is precise and respectful, addressing both physical and emotional aspects. Exercises, guided movements, and reflective dialogue are included to support the body in restoring balance, function, and mobility.
Guided movement exercises
Slow, structured movements help integrate the effects of therapy into daily life. These guided exercises support improved mobility, release residual tension, and reinforce the body’s reorganized patterns, ensuring lasting functional benefits.
Dialogue and observation
Reflective discussion and attentive observation allow subtle signals to be noticed, supporting conscious, functional adjustments.
Manual therapy
These hands-on, specialized techniques help mobilize tissues, reduce fascial restrictions, and support the reorganization of connective tissue.
Hi, I am Monica
After more than 20 years of experience in physical therapy, I decided to dedicate myself entirely to fasciatherapy, a comprehensive method that allows me to work with the whole person and go beyond what conventional physical therapy provides.
My practice is centered on attentive observation and hands-on listening, noticing subtle signals from the body to support natural organization and functional integration. This approach is both therapeutic and educational, enhancing body awareness, postural balance, and the ability to respond effectively to physical and emotional challenges.
I speak English, French, Dutch, and Spanish, which allows me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to provide a professional, respectful, and evidence-based environment where each person feels supported in exploring and improving their physical and emotional health.
